Angelos Phillips is an experienced web developer and the founder of WebDave. His career spans IT support, web development, IT management and digital marketing, giving him a broad understanding of how digital systems serve both organisations and the people who use them.

With a particular specialisation in WordPress development, he designs, develops and maintains websites, e-commerce solutions, e-learning platforms and custom web applications. His work combines technical precision with attention to user experience, performance, accessibility and responsive design.

His background in education includes responsibility for the web systems of City Unity College, where he progressed from IT Specialist to IT Manager and supervised junior IT staff. This experience remains especially relevant to his work with learning management systems and internal platforms.

Since founding WebDave in 2020, Angelos has worked independently with clients, bringing direct communication and personal involvement to each project. Angelos founded WebDave to provide website development, e-learning platforms and custom web applications. He works directly with clients from the initial discussion through development, delivery and ongoing support, combining technical implementation with an understanding of the business behind each project.

His work includes WordPress websites, WooCommerce stores, custom themes and plugins, API integrations, Moodle platforms, intranets and other private web systems. He also undertakes performance optimisation and website migrations.

2018 — 2020

Web Developer & Digital Marketer

YAVA Fitness Centers

At YAVA Fitness Centers, he combined web development with digital marketing responsibilities. This role brought the technical and promotional sides of a business’s online presence together, broadening his understanding of how websites support communication and marketing goals.

2014 — 2018

IT Manager

City Unity College

Following five years as an IT Specialist, Angelos progressed to IT Manager, overseeing junior IT staff and taking responsibility for the college’s web systems. His remit covered websites, learning platforms, the intranet and enrolment systems.

The role combined hands-on technical work with team supervision and support for the digital systems used across the college.
